Please read these terms carefully before confirming any booking. By proceeding, you agree to all terms outlined below.
Every vehicle is serviced and checked by a certified mechanic before delivery to ensure it is in perfect working condition.
Video Protocol: At the time of handover, a video recording of the vehicle's condition will be taken. The vehicle must be returned in the same condition as recorded at handover.
The renter assumes full liability for all traffic and criminal incidents occurring during the rental period.
Driver Exemption: If the client opts for one of our professional drivers, the client is exempt from all liability regarding traffic accidents and vehicle malfunctions during the rental period.
A 20% advance payment (deposit) is required to reserve any vehicle. This deposit secures your booking and is applied toward the total rental cost.
Accepted payment methods:
- Bank Transfer to our MasterCard account
- Western Union
After submitting your payment proof, our team will verify and confirm your booking within 2 hours.
Cancellation penalties are calculated based on the time remaining until your scheduled pickup:
Within 48 hours of booking
100% refund of the deposit. No penalty applied.
Between 48 hours after booking and 48 hours before pickup
20% penalty applied to the deposit amount.
Example: Total rent $100 → Deposit $20 → Penalty $4 → Refund $16
Within 48 hours of pickup
40% penalty applied to the deposit amount.
Example: Total rent $100 → Deposit $20 → Penalty $8 → Refund $12
At time of pickup — vehicle does not match photos/specifications
The customer is entitled to a 100% full refund of the deposit if the vehicle provided does not match the specifications and photos shown at the time of booking.
• MasihRent reserves the right to refuse service to any customer who violates these terms.
• All vehicles must be returned with the same fuel level as at pickup.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited in all vehicles.
• Any damage to the vehicle beyond normal wear and tear will be charged to the renter.
• MasihRent is not responsible for personal belongings left in vehicles.
• All rates are subject to change without prior notice for new bookings.
• These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan.
